TO RETURN A ITEM SIMPLY CONTACT TO US TO RECEIVE THE RETURN FORM. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW TO PROCEED BUT, BASICALLY, YOU MUST SEND THE UNWANTED ITEM(S) BACK TO US WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. THE ITEM MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITIONS AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT AND PACKAGE. RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT IT IS NOT USED, DAMAGED, WORN OR WASHED.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT OR USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL PROVIDE A EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. NOTE THAT ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
